Psoriazis Pustulos al Palmelor
I: Buna ziua,
De aproximativ 5 luni ma confrunt cu o eczema/dermatita habar nu am ce!
Am fost la diferiti medici care mi-au dat tratamente si diagnostic diferit! Am facut analize peste analize (urmeaza petch testul).

R: Aspectul este unul destul de caracteristic pentru o forma limitata de psoriazis pustulos al palmelor.
O alta situatie ar putea fi cea a unei dermatite dishidrotice severe (pompholyx).
Cel mai indicat este efectuarea unei biopsii din zona afectata pentru un diagnostic de certitudine.
Tratamentul local cu Dermovate crema 2 aplicatii pe zi 2 saptamani apoi o aplicatie pe zi inca cel putin 2 saptamani ar trebuii sa va ajute.
Faceti biopsia intr-un cabinet dermatologic si tineti-ma la curent cu evolutia si cu rezultatul biopsiei.
Pentru psoriazisul pustulos se mai pot asocia si tratamente sistemice cu retinoizi. Dar trebuie sa aveti confirmarea prin biopsie a afectiunii.
